Exodus 34-35 I remember as a kid being awfully impressed that God was not angry with Moses for breaking the stone tablets He had written on.
34:12 We need to take this advice with the world/non-Christians. Don't intermarry, don't adopt their customs, etc.
34:28 This was truly a miracle; humans cannot go 40 days without water.
Matthew 22:30 No marriage in heaven. Huh. I bet this makes some folks really sad, others really happy. I've examined my own feelings on it, and decided they're irrelevent. It's an interesting thing to ponder though. We'll no longer need marriage or human relationships as we define them here. The love we will experience there will transcend anything we've known and be a million times more satisfying. I take great comfort in that, and I look forward to the day I am with all the saints (including you guys!) for eternity. :-)
